Why do we always have such existential crisis when we have to write these things about ourselves? But I wrote this the other day for a new poetry membership I joined... and I kind of think if sums it up:


"I blend filmmaking, theater, movement, and the psychology of becoming to help people embody their stories on stages, airwaves, and screens. 


 The SEO gurus call me a "public speaking coach" but I'm fairly uninterested in questions like "what should be on my slide deck" and "what should I do with my hands" and far more interested in "how do I fall back in my love with my voice" and "how do I share my really important ideas with my full self-expression?" and "where did I learn how to show up when I show up in front of other people with something to say?"

About the venue
The Mike Drop Era is being hosted in Tribeca at the gorgeous Flaweless Studios  -- right in the heart of one of the most creative + lively spots in Manhattan.

The space is fertile ground for your big ideas + magnetic stories to blossom. We will also have one of NYC's most creative private chefs (Christine Cole)  helping to make sure you are comfortable and -- mostly importantly -- fed well! Trust me -- she knows how to throw a party!

  • I have a special dietary need -- will I be ok?
    Probably -- our host venue includes a private chef who can likely accomodate. And I will work with you to get you something you can enjoy (even if we need to order it in for you -- because a Legend needs their sustenance).

    I will be sharing the final menu for the breakfasts, lunches, and snacks about a week before the event -- and we can connect if you something different.

    If you have a specific allergy that *can not be even in the building* with us -- please confirm with me before purchase so I can make sure we can accomodate.
  • Will this help me write an entire keynote or TEDx talk?
    Maybe. While the specific plan isn't to cover the full crafting a keynote (we would need more time or a private VIP day for you), this will help you understand the outlining of a talk so it's transformational and will help you to craft the stories you need so you can fill in the rest with the other notes + ideas for your audience.

    But my upcoming book covers this in detail!
  • What is the cancellation policy?
    Once you commit to your ticket, I am taking that spot off the table for other people. However, if you want to transfer your ticket to a friend or someone in your community -- I am happy to help you get them signed up in your place.

    Think of this like buying tickets to Taylor Swift or Beyonce or Hamilton. Once you pay -- it is your ticket.

  • Will I be required to speak in front of the other people?
    I'm not gonna force you to -- but that is definitely the vibe of this experience. We will be working on small groups, large groups, and I will be masterclassing -- which means you might have a chance to speak in front of everyone with me coaching you on-the-spot to help you make a rapid transformation.
